    Crushing & Milling

    Run-of-mine spodumene crushed and ground to liberation size for downstream separation.

  2. 02

    Dense Media Separation

    Gravity pre-concentration removes barren gangue, lifting feed grade before flotation.

  3. 03

    Froth Flotation

    Reagent-controlled cells float spodumene to a 6%+ Li₂O concentrate, ready for drying.

  4. 04

    Filter, Dry & Bag

    Concentrate is dewatered, thermally dried and bagged to export specification for offtake.

    Crushing & Grinding

    Run-of-mine copper ore reduced to fine particle size for liberation of sulphide minerals.

  2. 02

    Froth Flotation

    Collectors and frothers float chalcopyrite into a copper concentrate, rejecting silicate gangue.

  3. 03

    Thickening & Filtration

    Concentrate is dewatered to <9% moisture, ready for transport and smelter feed.

  4. 04

    Bagging & Export

    Bulk-bagged copper concentrate dispatched via Walvis Bay for international offtake.
